Napp is a small fishing village in the municipality of Flakstad, which is approximately 10 kilometers west of Leknes. Napp was considered a town in 2013 and 2015. Napp is the fishing village in Flakstad municipality, which has the largest total length.

The beginning of the Flakstad trail, a sign-posted footpath leading from Napp, past Storbåthallaren - a Stone Age settlement of some reknown - to the abandoned farming and fishing village of Østre Nesland.

The last sunrise before dark is December 7th and the first sunrise after dark is January 5th.
